• No partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your current billing period.

3.3 Data Retention After Cancellation

After your subscription ends:

• You will no longer have access to create new content or use our AI services.
• Your account data and previously generated content will be retained for 30 days after the end of your subscription period.
• To permanently delete your account and all associated data, please contact our support team.

We do not provide refunds for subscription fees under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Accidental purchases
• Dissatisfaction with the service
• Unused subscription time
• Technical issues that are resolved during the subscription period

4.2 Exception for Service Unavailability

In the rare event of extended service unavailability (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to our technical issues, we may, at our sole discretion, offer compensation in the form of:

• Extended subscription time
• Credit towards future subscription periods

Such compensation is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider. Most billing issues can be quickly resolved by contacting us directly.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:

• Immediate termination of your subscription
• Suspension of your account
• Ineligibility for future subscriptions
